Choosing the right after-school activity for your child can feel overwhelming. You want something fun, engaging and something meaningful that helps them grow. That’s where Cub Scouts comes in.
Since 1930, Cub Scouts has helped families like yours build character, encourage good citizenship and promote physical activity — all through exciting, hands-on adventures. Whether it’s exploring the outdoors, learning new skills or working together as a team, Cub Scouts helps boys and girls grow in confidence while having a blast.
If your child is entering kindergarten through fifth grade, Cub Scouts might be just what you’re looking for.
Our pack meets Mondays from 7:00PM–8:00PM at Little River Methodist Church.

At Pack 625, we offer a wide variety of activities that help scouts learn skills, explore new interests and have a great time along the way. Guided by district and council recommendations, our program keeps scouts active, curious and connected.
Here’s a look at what we do throughout the year:
Weekly den meetings with hands-on, skill-building activities
Monthly pack meetings to celebrate achievements and bring dens together
Outdoor adventures like hiking, camping and nature exploration
Community service projects to give back and build citizenship
Boat and car races, including the ever-popular Pinewood Derby
Annual summer “super trip” — past trips have included sleeping aboard the USS Yorktown (Operation Overnight), Sleep in the Deep at the Tennessee Aquarium and camping in caves.
Whether it’s learning something new or heading out on a big adventure, Pack 625 is all about giving kids meaningful experiences they’ll never forget.
